AECOM is seeking a Mobile Growth Marketing Manager to enhance product adoption and user growth for the Copilot application. This role encompasses developing performance marketing strategies and collaborating across teams to optimize user acquisition and retention efforts in a dynamic environment. We are seeking a **Mobile Growth Marketing Manager** to join our Consumer Mobile Growth team for Copilot. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that drive product adoption and user growth at scale through both product-led and performance-driven marketing initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Product, UX (user experience), Media, Creative, and Business Analytics—you will leverage insights to optimize user acquisition, retention, and conversion across the mobile app. The Copilot marketing team is responsible for defining the product strategy, go-to-market (GTM) approach, and execution to deliver seamless consumer experiences and sustained growth. You will own the inbound marketing strategy, focusing on performance marketing and funnel optimization to drive adoption.
Job Location:The primary location for this position is Redmond, WA. Additionally, there are three other locations where this role may be based. Candidates who do not reside in one of these four areas will be relocated to Redmond.

**Responsibilities**
+ **Drive Product-Led Growth for Copilot App** : Develop and implement a strategic framework to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Focus on seamless, product-focused experiences that drive user choice, preference, and satisfaction.
+ **Collaborate Across Teams** : Work closely with Product, UX, and cross-functional teams. Align the mobile app roadmap and initiatives to support sustained product adoption and growth.
+ **Optimize** **Funnel and Performance Marketing** : Lead performance marketing efforts to acquirenew users. Analyze and optimize user acquisition funnels to maximize conversion at every stage of the customer journey.
+ **Data-Driven Insights** : Regularly analyze key performance metrics. Refine marketing strategies, improve ROI (return on investment), and enhance customer touchpoints and user flows.
+ **Strategic Recommendations for Growth** : Create and present actionable strategic proposals to executive teams and leadership. Leverage insights from marketing and product teams to seize emerging opportunities and market trends.
+ **Systems Thinking & Scalability** : Apply a systems thinking approach to challenge current models. Identify efficiency gaps and develop scalable solutions for acquisition and retention experiments.
+ **Mobile Subject Matter Expert** : Stay current on trends, competitive shifts, and infrastructure changes in the mobile ecosystem. Use this knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
+ **Campaign Creative Influence** : Shape campaign creative direction using market research and consumer insights. Optimize both inbound and performance marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business
+ OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years experience in performance marketing.
+ 2+ years experience in customer acquisition for consumer mobile apps, with a focus on driving user growth and engagement.
+ 2+ years experience in a matrixed organization --with a proven track record of delivering measurable results in dynamic, agile settings.
+ Experience in cross-functional collaborative environment with the ability to influence across Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
**Additional** **or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
+ OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Start-up experience is a plus.
+ Analytical and research skills; ability to interpret data and surface actionable insights.
+ Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) and app marketplace strategies preferred.
+ Ability to contribute to and help shape campaign creative based on market and user insights.
+ Experienced in turning user research and behavioral data into effective advertising strategies.
+ Experiencein the consumer AI space and understanding of how AI can transform user experiences.
+ Ability to support the creation of strategic recommendations, frameworks, or business cases.
+ Experience managing external agencies is a plus.
Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
