Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor who can bring high-energy, mobile workouts to clients in homes, offices, parks, and community spaces. You will lead engaging sessions, adapt to all fitness levels, and drive participant motivation with positive energy.

This role offers flexible scheduling from part-time to full-time, with growth opportunities into leadership and Master Trainer roles, plus ongoing onboarding and development. JOIN OUR NATIONWIDE TRAINING NETWORK.

Qualifications

• Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA, ACE, NASM, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certified.
• 1+ year experience leading group classes or small-group training.
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Understanding of exercise science, safety, and form correction.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, creative, and effective group fitness sessions for diverse participants
• Design classes that are engaging, challenging, and adaptable for all levels
• Motivate clients with energy, coaching, and positive reinforcement
• Modify exercises to accommodate limitations and ensure safety
• Manage class flow, timing, and group engagement
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and brand representation
