Job summary

GYMGUYZ Naperville, IL is hiring a Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy, mobile group workouts delivered to clients at home, office, park, or community spaces. You’ll design engaging classes, ensure safety, and keep participants motivated with clear coaching and energy.

The role offers a flexible schedule from part-time to full-time, competitive pay of $50–$80 per hour plus performance bonuses, onboarding and ongoing development, and a clear growth path into Master Trainer and leadership

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required for all instructors.
• At least 1 year of experience leading group classes or small-group training.
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Understanding of exercise science, safety, and form correction.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, creative, and effective group fitness sessions for diverse participants.
• Design classes that are engaging, challenging, and adaptable for all levels.
• Motivate clients with energy, coaching, and positive reinforcement.
• Modify exercises to accommodate limitations and ensure safety.
• Manage class flow, timing, and group engagement.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and brand representation.
• Represent DRIVE values in every session.
