Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy, mobile fitness sessions delivered at clients' homes, offices, parks, and community spaces. You’ll design engaging workouts, motivate participants, and ensure safety across all levels.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of group-class experience, certified instructor credentials, CPR/AED, and strong communication. Flexible part-time to full-time options with growth into leadership roles and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Certified Group Fitness Instructor with recognized national certifications
• CPR/AED certification is required
• 1+ year experience leading group classes or small-group training
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
• Understanding of exercise science, safety, and form correction
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Positive energy and passion for helping people reach their goals

Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA, ACE, NASM, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 1+ year experience leading group classes or small-group training
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
• Understanding of exercise science, safety, and form correction
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Positive energy and passion for helping people reach their goals
