Job summary
Property Solutions & Services, Inc is seeking a Full-Time Apartment Cleaner to join our team in the Twin Cities area. You will be responsible for maintaining clean grounds and interiors, including vacant apartments during turnover, and performing light maintenance tasks.
The successful candidate will have dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A driver's license and reliable vehicle are required, with proof of insurance and the ability to pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Prior dependable work history.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Driver's License and proof of insurance.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Keep property grounds free of trash and litter.
- Clean interior common areas: hallways, community rooms, offices, entryways.
- Clean vacant apartments during turnover.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean windows.
- Perform light maintenance tasks: change bulbs, replace batteries, outlet covers, screen repairs.
- Seasonal duties: snow removal, salting/sanding, mowing lawns, weeding.
