Job summary

Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG) is seeking a Mobile Master Fitter to lead fittings at green grass facilities and support store activations. This role blends in-store client engagement with on-site fitting at golf courses and driving ranges.

You will build relationships with local pros, manage schedules and input orders, delivering stellar service and expert club fitting. Occasional travel and driving a PXG van required.

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• 2+ years of golf fitting and/or sales experience preferred.
• Driver's license and ability to drive a mobile fitting van.
• Prior golf retail sales and client service experience preferred.
• Club fitting/building experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize and execute PXG fitting days at green grass facilities around the store.
• Create and maintain relationships with local golf professionals and businesses.
• Provide exceptional client experience while properly custom-fitting PXG clients.
• Input daily client orders and track orders through delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Support store team in inventory and operational tasks as needed.
