Job summary

PXG is seeking a Club Master Fitter to provide expert club fitting and outstanding customer service in a field environment. You will gather customer data, process orders, and collaborate with the team to optimize revenue and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have prior golf sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for premium equipment. Travel is required domestically, with benefits including insurance and PTO.

• Club fitting experience preferred.
• Superior customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience while properly custom-fitting all potential customers.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude by listening, understanding, and responding to customer needs.
• Gather, input, and report back customer-based data.
• Input daily customer orders accurately and track all orders to delivery.
• Increase revenue and profitability while meeting deadlines and working in an organized manner.
