Job summary

360care is seeking a mobile podiatrist to provide geriatric foot care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across the Birmingham area. You will make clinical decisions focused on patient dignity and quality of life while the team handles scheduling, billing, and IT support.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine, an active podiatry license in the state, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted podiatry license in the state.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion.
• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatry care to residents in facilities.
• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Document clinical notes in the EMR.
• Collaborate with Care Coordination team to coordinate care.
