Job summary

360care seeks a Board-eligible/Board-certified podiatrist to provide mobile care for geriatric and underserved communities in nursing facilities. You will perform essential foot and lower limb care, make clinical decisions on-site, and coordinate with our Care Coordination and IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements include a DPM degree, an active state license, empathy, and excellent communication. Travel to facilities is expected; EMR notes and charting are required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion.
• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatry care to residents in facilities.
• Make clinical decisions; 360Care handles scheduling and billing and other support.
• Collaborate with facility staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage with geriatric and underserved communities to improve quality of life.
