360care is seeking a mobile Podiatrist to serve geriatric and underserved communities in Kentucky and surrounding areas. You will diagnose, treat, and manage foot and ankle conditions within skilled nursing facilities.

You focus on patient care while 360care handles scheduling, billing, and IT support. Travel to facilities is required; flexible scheduling; competitive compensation; active Podiatry license in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatry care for residents in geriatric and underserved facilities.
• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities to deliver on-site care.
• Document patient notes and coordinate with facility staff and EMR system.
