Brigade Health is seeking a compassionate Mobile Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team delivering care directly to seniors in homes and senior living communities around Daly City, CA. You’ll work with multi-disciplinary colleagues to provide comprehensive, person-centered care that emphasizes autonomy, dignity, and quality of life.

The role requires an active NP/PA license in the state and typically 1–2 years of geriatrics or primary care experience.

Qualifikationen
