Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a General/Vascular Sonographer to provide mobile ultrasound services across nursing homes, home care facilities, prisons and processing sites. Flexible shift options and a $10k sign-on bonus accompany hourly wages of $35–$50, commensurate with experience.

The role requires travel, maintaining equipment, adhering to schedules, securing correct orders, and upholding professional standards. A valid driver’s license and medical screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited diagnostic ultrasound technology program.
• Maintain required certifications and registries (ARRT preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to service areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform and process ultrasound exams with portable equipment for various facilities.
• Verify orders and patient identity before scans.
• Transport, set up equipment, and submit images for radiologist interpretation.
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and clients.
