Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Mobile Ultrasound Technologist to provide in-field ultrasound services across nursing homes, home care facilities, and other sites. You will travel by car within the serviced regions and perform clinically diagnostic ultrasound exams using portable equipment.

Shift options include 7:30am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm. Pay ranges from $38 to $42 per hour, based on experience. Applicants must meet credentialing and safety requirements and maintain professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited diagnostic ultrasound technology program.
• Maintain required certification and registries and health requirements.
• Valid driver's license and ability to provide license on demand.

Responsibilities

• Login for self-dispatching or call dispatch to obtain case load.
• Arrive at first case at shift start or 30 minutes prior.
• Operate portable sonography equipment and capture diagnostically adequate images.
• Transmit ultrasound studies to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Verify orders and patient identity before exams.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in good condition.
• Communicate promptly with center, dispatch, and clients.
• Attend required meetings and follow dress code.
