Job summary

Tic Toc Games is seeking a Data Analyst to support product and design decisions for a F2P mobile title. You will drive live operations, run A/B tests, and deliver insights to stakeholders across development and publishing teams.

You will present findings to leadership, analyze past performance, and influence future development. The role reports to the Product Manager and emphasizes data-driven storytelling and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Data Analyst experience on F2P games or comparable experience.
• Experience with descriptive statistics, predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with A/B testing concepts, terminology and hands-on execution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis programming (Python/R).
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau or similar).
• Interest in gaming, especially mobile, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to mine databases and extract key takeaways from raw data.

Responsibilities

• Report daily and weekly KPIs driving revenue and LTV.
• Analyze live-operations performance to support event, sales, and content strategies.
• Develop and deliver reports to leads and executives with data-backed recommendations.
• Collaborate on experimentation plans using hypothesis-driven approaches.
• Execute variant testing and present test results to executives and partners.
• Construct, test, refine, and implement predictive models.
• Create dashboards that clearly communicate product insights.
