Job summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions in Bradley, FL is seeking a Mobile Fuel Technician for night shift (3:00pm–3:30am, rotating days). A Class B CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements is required.

You will fuel and transport fleet vehicles, perform pre/post-trip inspections, log fueling activities, and follow all laws and company procedures while contributing to safety and efficiency in field operations.

Qualifications

• CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements is required.
• Fueling and mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fuel and transport Fleet vehicles
• Perform pre/post trip inspections
• Replenishes vehicle with fuel, grease, fluids (oil, water, windshield cleaner), and air (tires) as needed
• Completes daily fueling logs
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
• Perform other duties as required

Compensation: $26-$28/hr - Depending on Experience - Paid weekly, every Friday!

What the Garage Support Fueler role looks like:

• Fuel and transport Fleet vehicles

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job.
• Exposure to considerable amounts of dust, diesel fumes and noise.
• Exposure to chemicals, oils, greases or other irritants
• Access any area of the equipment or vehicle to perform necessary maintenance
• Ability to move and position heavy objects
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel and crawl to repair vehicles
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
