Job summary

Filta is seeking a Technician to provide mobile fryer management services for commercial kitchens on an established route. The role centers on safely operating the van, MFU, and related equipment, with reporting to the Franchise Owner and Lead Tech.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, fluent English, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Flexibility for evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving history.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read a map and work independently while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate van, MFU and related equipment to provide mobile fryer management services.
• Complete training and demonstrate proficiency in time management and MFU maintenance.
• Follow weekly schedules and perform FiltaFry, FiltaBio, and FiltaCool services per procedures.
• Demonstrate services to customers and maintain high-quality customer service.
• Maintain service records and report site changes to the office and supervisors.
• Communicate service updates to kitchen staff and management; keep work areas clean and safe.
