The role requires cooking or food service background, a valid driver's license with clean record, and the ability to work outdoors and lift supplies in varying weather. This is a full-time position with benefits after an introductory period.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking or food service is preferred.
• Must have a valid drivers license with clean record and trailer experience.
• Able to stand long hours and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook items to order while maintaining quality.
• Drive the truck/trailer to locations and operate equipment safely.
• Interact with customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory and follow food safety protocols.
• Set up and tear down equipment and maintain cleanliness.
