Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Raleigh is seeking a Warehouse Associate to provide high-quality direct food services to families, focusing on warehouse and food pack areas.

The ideal candidate will assist the Assistant Program Director, manage mobile food pantry and home delivery programs, and ensure effective service delivery. Strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work in a team are essential. This role may require travel and additional work hours when necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Knowledge of and commitment to Catholic social teachings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct food services to families.
• Work with Assistant Program Director on service implementation.
• Oversee mobile food pantry and home delivery programs.
• Assist with annual inventory process.
• Involve transport and physical mobility tasks.
