Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Floor Maintenance Technician within Real Estate Operations to maintain floors and upholstery across our Retail and back-office facilities. You will strip/wax floors, clean carpets, and perform deep cleaning using various equipment, with twice-yearly work orders per location.

Responsibilities include operating floor machines, traveling between sites within a route, and completing CMMS work orders.

Qualifications

• Prior floor cleaning experience required.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor maintenance across multiple facility types (stripping, waxing, cleaning).
• Operate floor machines and extractors to clean and sanitize floors and upholstery.
• Travel to and between facilities within a designated route.
• Complete work orders and document via CMMS on phone/tablet/pc.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and keep vehicles/electronics in good condition.
