Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking a Floor Care Technician to handle floor maintenance on client sites, including stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting. Candidate works under limited supervision and collaborates with the Carlson team while representing the company to customers and the public.

Responsibilities include operating floor machines, cleaning, and maintaining clean and safe environments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to communicate with clients and team members.
• Weekend availability required.
• Reliable transportation or access to public transit.
