Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to perform on-road service at our Commercial Truck & Tire Centers. You will diagnose and repair mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance and ensure customer satisfaction while working on commercial fleets.

This role requires a valid driver's license, at least one year of truck or light mechanical experience, and the ability to lift and operate tools and tires.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.
• One year of commercial truck or light mechanical service experience.
• Valid driver's license for the vehicle type and ability to meet CDL requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles, including wheel ends, brakes, and air systems.
• Provide tire services including mounting, dismounting, and repairs.
• Uphold safety and liability policies for a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with a team to meet goals and deadlines.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels for extended periods.
