Job summary

RWC International seeks a mobile Fleet Technician to diagnose and repair commercial vehicles across makes. You may work on-road, at customer sites, or elsewhere, with a valid license and CDL bonus. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy-duty experience.
• Valid driver's license; CDL bonus.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Read job orders and observe vehicle operation to plan work.
• Follow checklists and inspect critical parts.
• Examine safety devices and adjust as needed.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify they run smoothly.
• Tag warranty parts and returns to the warranty clerk.
• Attend training classes and review factory bulletins.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Complete all work according to safety requirements and procedures.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and in good condition.
• Work with management to achieve production objectives.
• Other duties as assigned; able to work outside if necessary.
