Job summary

RWC International is seeking a journeyman-level mobile fleet technician for on-site service across locations. The role involves truck maintenance, diagnostics and repairs for commercial vehicles, either on the road or at customer sites.

A valid driver’s license is required; CDL and medical card are preferred. The position offers a path for long-term growth, competitive wages, and benefits including health coverage, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of wheel-end, light electrical, simple diagnostic, liftgate and rollup door knowledge.
• Must be a team player with strong commitment to the customer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair service to vehicles and equipment.
• Read job order, observe and listen to the vehicle in operation to resolve malfunctions and plan repair procedures.
• Follow checklists, ensuring all critical parts are examined.
• Test-drive vehicles to ensure that they run smoothly if needed.
• Attend factory and dealership training classes
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Complete all work according to safety requirements and published procedures.
• Safety toe boots necessary.
