Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (Possible Saturdays OT).
Hours: 40 hours reached prior to OT pay.

Pay and Incentives:

• Starting pay - Guaranteed Base Rate $25-$35 Hourly Based on Experience
• Incentive Earnings: Earn 35% of your service labor sales. When your incentive exceeds your base guarantee, you'll receive the higher incentive pay.

• DOT Certified and Class 2 Preferred - not necessary, we're willing to invest in you!

About the Role: What will you do?

• Technical Expertise: Conduct preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles, including wheel end work, brakes, air systems, etc.
• Tire Service: Provide tire mounting, dismounting, and repairs.
• Safety: Follow safety and liability policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to meet goals and deadlines.
• Physical Tasks: Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting, sometimes with heavy tires and wheels.

Basic Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years old.
• One year of commercial truck or light mechanical service experience.
• Valid driver's license for the required vehicle type and ability to meet CDL requirements.
