Epika Fleet Services, Inc. is seeking skilled technicians for mobile fleet maintenance and on-site repairs. You will diagnose and repair commercial tractors and trailers, write detailed work orders, and deliver top-notch customer service in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of verified experience repairing commercial tractors and trailers.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds.
• Basic computer skills to submit repairs for billing.
• Follow oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks.
• Basic reading and writing skills to complete customer repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair our customers’ commercial tractors and trailers.
• Write detailed work orders - perform mobile road calls and/or in yard.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components.
• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet semi-trucks and trailers.
• Maintain hubs and axles and replace them when required.
• Inspect, service, and replace tractor and trailer parts, including tires.
• Check and repair the brake, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Test all systems and equipment for performance issues.
• Ensure trailers meet DOT road safety requirements.
• Compile inspection reports, document repairs, and report findings to management.
• Respond promptly to client queries.
