The Agents Companies are looking for motivated, experienced mechanics to join our team in Indian Trail. In this essential role, you’ll work on a fleet of over 250 vehicles in our foundation coating and material spreading division. Whether you're in the shop or on the road, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining the high standards we set for fleet performance, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lube and general automotive maintenance on large trucks
• Operate vehicles safely and provide mechanical support for fleet vehicles
• Conduct maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors, including bending, climbing, lifting, and kneeling
• Lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
• Deliver excellent service to staff and customers alike
• Maintain a flexible schedule, with occasional 10-12 hour days
• Ensure reliable daily attendance and punctuality
• Complete other duties as required by the team

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Gas and Diesel Engine Repair, Hydraulics, Mechanical Knowledge, and Diagnostic Software
• Safe driving record and drug-free (must pass a drug test)
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting and performing maintenance tasks
• A commitment to quality service and teamwork
