Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (Possible Saturdays OT). 40 hours per week before OT pay.

• Starting pay: Guaranteed Base Rate $25-$35/hour based on experience.
• Incentives: Earn 35% of your service labor sales. If your incentive exceeds your base guarantee, you'll receive the higher incentive pay.

• Technical Skills: Perform preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles, including wheel end work, brakes, air systems, and more.
• Tire Services: Mounting, dismounting, and repairs.
• Safety: Adhere to safety and liability policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
• Physical Demands: Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting, sometimes for extended periods.

Basic Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years old.
• At least one year of experience in commercial truck or light mechanical service.
• Valid driver's license for the required vehicle type and ability to meet commercial driver qualification standards.
