Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking an Automotive Installation Technician to join our growing team. You will install and support GPS, telematics, cameras, sensors, and other fleet technology across cars, trucks, tractors, and trailers.

This hands-on role welcomes candidates with automotive, electrical, fleet, or installation backgrounds who want to learn new technology and advance their careers. We offer training, safety-focused work, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Formación

• Hands-on automotive, electrical, mechanical or installation experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and basic diagnostics.
• Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and technical instructions.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Install and troubleshoot GPS, ELDs, telematics, dash cameras, sensors, and tracking equipment.
• Work on light-duty vehicles, commercial trucks, tractors, trailers, and other fleet assets.
• Perform basic 12V/24V wiring and connections.
• Route and secure wiring for clean, professional installations.
• Test GPS, cellular connectivity, cameras, sensors, and system functionality.
• Diagnose electrical, connectivity and installation issues.
• Document installations with photos and service notes.
• Travel to customer and fleet locations for mobile installations.
