Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is hiring an Automotive Installation Technician to install GPS, telematics, cameras, and sensors across cars, trucks, tractors, and trailers. This hands-on role emphasizes learning new fleet technologies and delivering high-quality work.

You will travel to customer sites for mobile installations and work with industry-leading fleet technology while maintaining safety and right-first-time installations.

Qualifications

Hands-on automotive, electrical, or installation experience required.
Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and basic diagnostics preferred.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow technical instructions.

Responsibilities

Install GPS, telematics, cameras, sensors and tracking equipment.
Work on light-duty vehicles, trucks, trailers and fleet assets.
Perform 12V/24V wiring and route/secure wiring.
Test devices and diagnose electrical or installation issues.
Travel to customer locations for mobile installations.
