Job summary

On-Site Health & Safety seeks a Field Technician to respond to workplace injuries, perform health screenings and incident documentation across mobile industrial sites. You will travel between worksites and support safety compliance, becoming a trusted presence for crews.

The role offers tuition assistance, paid in-house training, and a pathway to phlebotomy certification, with internal promotion opportunities as you advance. A take-home company vehicle is provided at most sites.

Qualifications

• EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, or Military Medic required.
• Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse eligible.
• EMR, Phlebotomist, MA, or CNA credentials accepted with training.
• Willingness to complete in-house training for certifications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to workplace injuries and provide first aid.
• Complete incident reports and site documentation.
• Perform health screenings and testing on sites.
• Perform phlebotomy after certification pathway.
• Support worksite health and safety compliance.
• Be a steady, trusted presence for crews.
