Cennox is hiring an experienced Field Technician in Minneapolis to join our expanding Field Services team and grow with the company. We seek passionate professionals with strong customer service, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to cross train across banking and retail lines, contributing to a high‑quality service culture.

In this role you will service customers by performing preventative maintenance, installation, diagnosing issues with financial equipment, and training

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience.
• Electro‑mechanical skills and ability to use basic hand tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on financial equipment and installations.
• Diagnose issues and repair equipment; train customers on proper usage.
• Travel throughout Minneapolis and surrounding areas; provide excellent customer service.
