Lippert Components seeks a Service Technician to provide field service across the Tampa Bay / Sarasota region in Florida. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders and planning daily travel.
• Establishes service by studying system requirements, ordering components, and performing installations and tests.
• Maintains rapport with customers by addressing complaints and proposing improvements.
• Keeps personal equipment operating by following instructions and performing preventive maintenance.
• Documents service actions through forms, logs and reports.
• Maintains customer confidentiality and protects information.
