Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or medical instrumentation is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of company instrumentation.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relations to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory, including tools and parts.
• Provide basic on-site training to customers regarding instrumentation operation.
