Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on assigned projects and to provide clear communication and leadership to foremen and crews.

Ideal candidates are 18+, authorized to work in the United States, with prior utility construction crew leadership experience and CDL/Medical card considerations. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and database software is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations.
• Job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members.
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verifying locates, materials and billings.
• Providing all required job reporting.
• Completing as-builts and redlines.
• Active participation in safety, maintenance and personnel initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
