Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services in Austin, TX, is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company truck, deliver, pick up, maintain, service, or repair portable restrooms and related assets. The role may involve a daily route, pickups, or event support, with exposure to extreme weather and odors.

You will perform vehicle inspections, follow SOPs, and ensure safe, courteous service while communicating with dispatch and customers.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Possess a valid driver license.
• Able to pass pre-employment background screen and drug/alcohol tests.
• Route Service Technicians stay updated on current technology used by Stallion.
• Understand waste collection policies, DOT/state requirements for CMV operators.

Responsibilities

• Operates truck safely in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Maintains a clean truck inside and out.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Follows Stallion SOPs and procedures.
• Delivers/picks up rental equipment and restocks trucks as needed.
• Provides service for customers’ portable restrooms and assets.
• Communicates with Branch Operations Manager and office staff about issues.
• Uses routing software to document routes, photos, and concerns.
• Maintains professional interaction with customers at all times.
