Job summary

TriGreen Equipment in Manchester, TN is seeking a Construction Mobile Service Technician to service customers on-site. You will operate as part of the TriGreen Service team, using John Deere Service Advisor and other tools to diagnose and repair construction equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in the repair of outdoor power/agricultural equipment.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Good skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds; tasks may include lifting, bending, squatting, standing for prolonged periods and sitting.

Responsibilities

• Represent and promote the dealership in a professional and honest manner at all times.
• Utilizes John Deere Service Advisor and diagnostic tools to identify faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Repair and service machines including excavators, wheel loaders, skid steers and other construction equipment.
• Performs the level of service required by the customer to repair or maintain equipment.
• Coordinates with Service Manager to establish and implement effective processes for all services offered.
• Reviews and explains maintenance or service concerns not covered in the customer request.
• Maintains current product knowledge of John Deere and TriGreen products.
• Maintains service vehicle, trailer, inventory, tools and equipment.
