Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in laboratory, cannabis production, or food manufacturing environments.
• Experience with lab equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently in high-paced and changing environments.
• Proficiency with documentation and data tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets, inventory systems, regulatory platforms).

Responsibilities

• Execute production at Vertosa-operated facilities and partner locations across the United States, following SOPs and mobile manufacturing process.
• Set up, validate, and operate mobile lab systems at partner facilities, ensuring equipment and site readiness.
• Confirm all ingredients meet QA/QC standards and maintain quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Document all production activities, batch records, labeling, and digital logs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues within scope and escalate complex challenges.
