Job summary

Vale Concepts is expanding its Phoenix operations and is seeking a dependable Field Operations Associate to keep mobile matcha carts, vehicles, and warehouse activities moving smoothly. This role involves driving box trucks, restocking carts, receiving deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

You are comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules, with a hands-on approach to fix issues and support deployments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and driving record must meet Vale’s insurance requirements.
• Comfortable driving box trucks and cargo vans in city traffic.
• Ability to pass any required motor vehicle, background, or employment screenings.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable performing physical work outdoors/in Phoenix weather.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow schedules and procedures.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive box trucks to deliver and retrieve Matcha Bars.
• Operate a resupply van throughout Phoenix.
• Prepare and restock carts, and organize the warehouse.
• Complete cleaning and basic maintenance, wash dishes.
• Receive deliveries and manage inventory.
• Adapt to deployment schedules and support field team needs.
