Job summary

M.E.S.O., Inc. is seeking a Mobile Field Equipment Mechanic to diagnose and repair construction, aerial, and dirt equipment on-site with minimal supervision. Travel to job sites and deliver safe, reliable service across the region.

You must have 5+ years of field technician experience, own the necessary tools, and pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical. Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technician experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment.
• Strong mechanical background with engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and understanding schematics.
• Ownership of required tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Travel to job sites to service equipment with limited supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve field issues using diagnostic tools.
• Document service activities accurately and order parts as needed.
• Provide safe, superior customer service on every job.
