Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience, 10+ years preferred.
• Experience coordinating or supervising construction teams.
• Strong understanding of building construction, field operations, and contractor workflows.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and shutdown periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction and contractor activities.
• Serve as the primary link between field crews and project management teams.
• Track RFIs, estimates, purchase orders, and documentation.
• Enforce site safety requirements and verify PPE compliance.
