Job summary

GYMGUYZ brings fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations, offering in-home and on-site training with no rent or walk-ins.

As a Female Exercise Specialist, you’ll deliver high-energy sessions, design personalized programs via the GYMGUYZ App, and manage your schedule while traveling between client sites.

Competitive pay of $40–$50 per hour with bonuses, flexible schedule, onboarding, and growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Willingness to travel between sessions and have reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Mindbody or Trainerize apps to manage sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
