Job summary

GYMGUYZ Marin County is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training across client homes, offices and other locations. You design programs, reassess progress, and manage your own schedule.

You'll work with a nationwide network, earn $25–$30/hr plus performance bonuses, enjoy a flexible schedule, onboarding and ongoing development, and a growth path into Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification required
• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel between sessions
