Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician for the Chicopee, MA area. The role involves providing maintenance services across client sites, performing inspections, diagnostics and preventive maintenance on building systems to ensure safe and reliable operations.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable and capable of working independently while upholding high safety and workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in commercial/retail facility maintenance.
• Experience performing handyman tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and repair or replace defective components.
• Respond to emergency requests on an as-needed basis.
• Document work performed and track/ reconcile all work orders and parts used.
• Maintain a professional, safe and clean work environment.
• Comply with safety policies and regulations (OSHA).
• Maintain company van, parts and tool inventory and assist other tradesmen.
