Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or related fields.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and equipment.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, and electrical/mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Repair finishes (ceiling tiles, hardware), and perform painting as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safe, compliant operations.
• Inspect facilities for safety and perform preventative maintenance.
• Operate fire and life-safety systems as assigned.
• Perform carpentry and snow removal when required.
• Adhere to codes, safety rules, and company dress code; use technology to monitor and report.
