Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Trade Certification is a plus.
• 3+ years in construction trades or facility management experience.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to use email/dispatch tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage, prioritize and complete multiple service calls.
• Perform general repair and maintenance (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry) in a safe, efficient manner.
• Maintain professionalism at all times and respond to urgent maintenance calls after hours.
• Operate with an assigned company vehicle and keep records up to date.
