Job summary

Nouria Energy Services, Inc. is seeking a Field HVAC/R technician to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems across the company network. You will manage and complete multiple service calls, prioritize dispatches, and assist with supplies, using HVAC tools and multimeters.

A valid driver’s license and safety-focused approach are required. Required are a High School diploma, Trade School certificate, EPA universal certification, and 3–7 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications currently utilized by Nouria Energy.

Responsibilities

• Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls.
• Receive dispatch from the HVAC/R Manager and assist with call prioritization and ordering of related supplies.
• Use HVAC tools and multimeters proficiently; provide own tools while Nouria purchases specialty items as needed.
• Perform general maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and other related work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Always maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Train and work effectively with others.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record; company work van provided.
• Work with/ on ladders safely.
• Work 40 hours per week and lift 40 lbs or more as required.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
