Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a motivated Manager Maintenance to oversee building and c-store maintenance across our Hopkinton office and field sites in MA/RI/CT. This is a full-time on-site role with 3 days in Hopkinton and 2 days in the field.

The position leads in-house technicians, sources service providers, and ensures preventive maintenance schedules while controlling budgets and downtime. A valid driver's license is required and 2 years of supervision experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervision experience in field technicians.
• Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail / c-store industry preferred.
• Ability to work 40+ hours weekly with on-call schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Team player and leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of building / c-store maintenance.
• Source / negotiate rates with service providers.
• Train / build morale / dispatch work to in-house field technicians.
• Site visits for quality analysis on repairs.
• Oversee third-party service technicians, invoice approvals.
• Control spends and manage budgets for maintenance.
• Assign & follow-up on work orders in the maintenance Service Channel.
• Order parts / equipment and manage inventory.
• Setup preventive maintenance schedule.
• Cross functional communication.
• Perform other duties as required.

Position Title: Manager Maintenance – Massachusetts / RI / CT

Location: Hopkinton MA Office

Nouria Energy is a fast pace, fast growing retail and wholesale petroleum company operating 180 locations from Maine into Connecticut and 133 locations from North Carolina to the Florida border with offices located in Worcester, MA / Hopkinton, MA and Savannah, GA. • Oversees and manages all aspects of building / c-store maintenance
• Source / negotiate rate with new service providers (carpentry / plumbing / etc.)
• Train / build morale / dispatch work to in-house field technicians
• Site visits for quality analysis on repairs
• Oversee third-party service technicians, invoice approvals
• Control spends and manages budgets for all aspects of maintenance
• Assign & Follow-up on work orders in the maintenance Service Channel
• Responsible for ordering parts / equipment and managing inventory
• Compiling list of older equipment for replacement
• Setup and manage preventive maintenance schedule
• Cross functional communication
• Performs other duties as required and/or assigned

Requirements

• 2 Year previous experience supervising field technicians
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Solid organization, management and planning skills
• Working knowledge of retail / c-store industry preferred
• Ability to work 40+ hours a week with rotating on-call schedule for weekends and after hour emergencies
• Valid driver’s license & good driving record
• Team Player and Leader
• Good oral and written communication skills

This position requires 3 days on site at the Hopkinton office and 2 days in the field.
