Job summary

LGSTX is seeking a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Tech to support two to five facilities across a designated district. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance of base building systems, with travel between sites to perform planned inspections and repairs while coordinating with vendors to safeguard operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in facilities maintenance, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in facilities maintenance, building engineering, or industrial maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complete building systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers across multiple sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on base building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, dock equipment, and building envelope components.
• Travel routinely between assigned facilities to execute maintenance plans, inspections, and repairs.
• Diagnose equipment and system deficiencies, determine appropriate corrective actions, and execute or coordinate repairs.
• Maintain accurate CMMS documentation including work orders, inspections, asset history, and follow-up actions.
