Qualifications
Three to five years of experience in facilities maintenance, building engineering, or industrial maintenance.
Demonstrated experience supporting complete building systems.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, one-line diagrams, and technical manuals.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on base building systems.
Travel routinely between assigned facilities to execute maintenance plans.
Diagnose equipment and system deficiencies and coordinate repairs.
