tdgFacilities is seeking a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician in Cincinnati, OH to perform general building maintenance, respond to on-demand repairs, and support preventive maintenance across client sites. The role includes maintaining records and client relationships, with a company vehicle provided.

The position emphasizes strong mechanical aptitude, organization, and effective time management, in a team-focused, on-site environment in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to self-manage and deliver services with a high degree of quality/accountability.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance including timely on demand repairs and scheduled maintenance
• Complete work in general skilled areas including light electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general systems maintenance
• Small project work / provide special project support
• Conduct periodic safety inspections, and other proactive facilities requests
• Maintain and use tools and equipment properly
• Maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities
• Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
• Develop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetings
• Use computer to modify and monitor work order management system
• Other tasks as assigned
